Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic is excited to announce the official launch of the UKG workforce management system coming soon in June 2026.
To help prepare employees for a smooth transition, departments across the organization participated in an interactive UKG Learning Fair designed to make onboarding and training engaging, collaborative, and memorable. Teams created themed learning stations, games, and hands-on experiences that encouraged staff to explore the new system in a fun and approachable way.
The Administrative Team embraced the spirit of creativity by transforming their area into an Alice in Wonderland-inspired experience, complete with costumes and themed décor to help bring energy and excitement to the event.
The implementation of UKG has been a true team effort involving collaboration across departments, leadership, Human Resources, Payroll, Information Technology, and frontline staff. The Learning Fair reflected Mid Valley’s continued commitment to workplace culture, employee engagement, and creating positive experiences for staff while improving operational efficiency.
“This project has required incredible teamwork and dedication from employees throughout the organization,” said leadership. “We are proud of the collaboration, positivity, and commitment our teams have shown leading up to go-live.”
