Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic invites community members to participate in an upcoming Surplus Equipment and Office Furniture Auction taking place June 17–19, 2026.
The auction will feature a variety of surplus items including office furniture, computer equipment, miscellaneous supplies, and other items no longer needed by the organization. This is an opportunity for individuals, businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to purchase quality items while supporting the responsible disposal of surplus assets.

📅 Auction Opens: Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
📅 Auction Closes: Friday, June 19, 2026, at 8:00 a.m.
📍 Location: Back parking lot of Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic
💲 Auction Type: Sealed Bid Auction
All available items will be displayed on-site. Bid sheets and a complete list of auction items will be available at the auction location.
How the Sealed Bid Auction Works
A sealed bid auction allows participants to submit their bids privately in a sealed envelope. Bids remain confidential until the auction closes. Once bidding has ended, Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic staff will review all submitted bids, and the highest bidder for each item will be declared the winner.
Winning bidders will be notified and must complete payment and pick up their items by 5:30 p.m. on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Important Information
- All items are sold as-is.
- Payment and pickup must be completed by 5:30 p.m. on June 19.
- Items not picked up by the deadline may be offered to the next highest bidder.
- Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
