Rehabilitation Services is for the preservation, enhancement, or restoration of movement and physical function impaired or threatened by disability, injury, or disease.

MVH uses physical therapy to treat patients of all ages with a wide range of needs, including:

  • Balance And Coordination: Programs to help reduce the risk of falls and regain independence.
  • Orthopedics: Treatment for those experiencing joint and spine problems using a variety of safe and effective methods.
  • Neurological rehabilitation and muscle re-education: Following a stroke or brain injury, this type of specialized therapy helps patients return to independent living.
  • Vestibular rehabilitation: This is an exercise-based program, designed by a specialty-trained vestibular physical therapist, to improve balance and reduce problems related to dizziness.
