Our current website (www.mvhealth.org) serves as a content foundation but lacks the modern visual design, AI-driven engagement, accessibility architecture, and intuitive navigation expected by today’s healthcare consumers. Final acceptance is contingent on validated accessibility testing demonstrating WCAG 2.2 AA compliance. The selected firm will be required to enter into a written agreement with the District to include insurance, indemnification, public records compliance, and data security provisions.
