Mid-Valley Hospital & Clinic was established in 1966 by community leaders with a vision for expanded health services in the North Central part of Washington.
We are a 25-bed licensed critical access hospital in Omak, Washington, providing a full range of medical services including:
- 24-hour 8-bed emergency room
- Level IV trauma center
- ​Helipad for air transport
- Surgical center
- Orthopedic care
- General surgery services
- Inpatient care, including inpatient swing bed rehab
- Childbirth services

Located at the foot of the Okanogan Highlands in Okanogan County, Omak is home to just over 4,700 residents.
