Financial Assistance & Payment Options

At Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic, we provide financial assistance to eligible low-income and uninsured patients. The Financial Assistance Application can be printed directly from our website at www.mvhealth.org.

If you are unable to pay your bill, please contact a Patient Financial Counselor at (509) 861-2520. We will review your financial situation and help determine whether you may qualify for assistance.

Your health insurance carrier may send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) that explains payments, adjustments, and any balance you may owe. If you have not received an EOB within 30 days from your date of service, please contact your health insurance company.

Questions about non-covered charges, copays, deductibles, or policy benefits should be directed to your insurance company.

Payment Arrangements

Patients who need payment arrangements may have options based on the length of time needed to pay their balance:

Payment Arrangements: 12 Months or Less
Patients wanting payment arrangements for 12 months or less may work directly with Mid Valley Hospital & Clinic.

PayZen Financing: 13 Months or Longer
Patients needing financing for 13 months or longer may apply through PayZen, a medical debt financing company.

Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect information about the transactions you undertake including details of payment card. We will never pass your personal data to anyone else. The security of your personal information is very important to us. When you enter sensitive information (such as a credit card number) we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL).
