Appointments
Office visits are scheduled on an appointment basis. Please call in advance so that we can reserve adequate time for your visit. However, if you have an urgent medical problem, we will assess the situation and help you get the most appropriate care as soon as possible.
Please come on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so that others do not have to wait for their appointments.
Come in 15 minutes early if you are a new patient or need to fill out paperwork. Please remember to bring your co-pay and your insurance card. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you give us 24 hours notice so that we can accommodate the needs of all of our patients.
