PR 3393 Position Summary: Under general supervision, reviews, analyzes and assures the final diagnoses and procedures as stated by the practicing providers are valid and complete. Accurately codes office and hospital procedures for providers to ensure proper reimbursement. Provides education to the providers to ensure proper completion of Electronic Health Records and proper assignment of ICD-10-CDM, HCPCS and CPT codes. REQUIRED: Certified coding credential or RHIT degree. Must be self- motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Computer literate and experience with Meditech or similar EMR. Provides customer service in a courteous and professional manner. DESIRED: Prior experience with ICD-10/CPT coding.
1.0 Director of Quality & Performance Improvement
PR 3399 Position Summary: The Director of Quality and Performance Improvement plans, administers, directs, coordinates and monitors all quality activities of the hospital and keeps the CEO and Board informed of its overall quality condition. The Director of Quality and Performance Improvement will be a member of the leadership team and will assist the team in setting organizational goals related to Quality and Patient care. REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. Prefer a minimum of 5 years relevant healthcare experience wit 2 years being in hospital quality and performance improvement.
1.0 Medical Lab Tech
PR 3379 Primary Job duties: Rotate in different bench areas of the laboratory as assigned - Rotations include coverage on evenings and weekends as required. Perform on call duties as assigned. Maintain quality control practices for all laboratory procedures. Perform venipunctures and capillary stick as required. Assist in the preparation of new procedures and reagent preparation. Assist with specimen computer entry and processing - is familiar with all computerized functions that are necessary to generate test results. Orient new staff members and assist in the training of MLT students. Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree - Medical Technology ASCP certified. Minimum Qualifications: Associate’s Degree – Medical Laboratory Technician ASCP certified. Must be proficient in the following: Extractions on neonates, pediatric and geriatric patients and therapeutic phlebotomy; handling and trouble shooting quality control, calibration, mechanical and sample error issues with machines used in laboratory; evaluating test results through pre-analytical, analytical and post-analytical methods; developing and modifying procedures on new available methods to be used in the laboratory and/or if new kits/reagents and new methods are needed in the laboratory; establishing and monitoring programs to ensure the accuracy of tests.

.75 Registered Nurse Supervisor Acute Care NOC
PR 3363 REQUIRED: Three to five years nursing experience in an Acute Care setting. Hold a current ACLS and within one year obtain their TNCC, PALS and Neonatal Resuscitation certification. Current State licensure. DESIRED: Past experience in a supervisory role and ability to delegate and coordinate staffing levels efficiently and effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

PR 3356 & 3376 REQUIRED: Willing to take call rotation as needed, work some weekends and holidays. Experience Meditech and PACS/Novarad systems. May be requested to alternate shifts on short notice. Able to operate C-arm in surgery. DESIRED: Experience working in trauma atmosphere. CT skills desirable. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
PR 3350 Perform various chemical, microscopic and bacteriological tests to obtain data for the use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. PR 3343 REQUIRED: Current WA State RN License. CPR, ACLS, PALS certifications (obtained within one year). At least one year of Acute Care experience. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Able to multitask. Good computer skills.DESIRED: Minimum three years Acute Care experience. One to three years emergency room or critical care experience. Experience with Meditech.
