PR 3356 REQUIREDL  Successful Completion of an approved Radiology Program, preferably college based program with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Radiological Sciences and/or Magnetic Resonance Imaging preferred.American Registry of Radiological Technologist, (R), (ARRT) with additional registry in Magnetic Resonance,(MR),(ARRT) preferred. Minimum of two year experience performing Radiology and Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures in a hospital environment preferred. Required Licensure with the State of Washington.Basic Life Support Provider.  Varied shifts, some week ends, nights.  Will Cross Train.

.8 Days Clinic Medical Assistant or LPN

REQUIRED:  Must have current CPR certification.  Minimum of 1 year clinic experience.  Able to communicate clearly and effectively.  MA candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and eligible to belicensed as a Health Care Assistant in WA State.  LPN candidates must hold current WA State License.  DESIRED:  Previous experience with Centricity software.

.75 OB Registered Nurse Day Shift

PR 3354 REQUIRED: CURRENT WA STATE R.N. LICENSE. BLS AND ACLS. 1-2 YEARS CURRENT O.B. AND 2 YEARS ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE.  DESIRED: NRP AND EFM OR WILL PROVIDE TRAINING AND ORIENTATION.

.9 CNA NOC

PR 3307 REQUIRED:  State of Washington Nursing Assistant Certification.  Current CPR Certification. DESIRED:  1-3 years of experience in an Acute Care setting.

Medical Technologist

Perform various chemical, microscopic and bacteriological tests to obtain data for the use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. Observe, monitor, record, interpret and report results on tests performed with accuracy.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology ASCP and AMT Certified

1.0 LPN/MA Mid Valley Clinic Orthopedic

PR 3297 REQUIRED: Must have current CPR certification. Minimum of 1 year clinic experience.  Able to communicate clearly and effectively.  MA candidates must be a graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and eligible to be licensed as a Health Care Assistant in WA State. 

DESIRED: Previous experience with Centricity software.

 .75 ER Float Registered Nurse Nights

PR 3343 REQUIRED: Current WA State RN License. CPR, ACLS, PALS certifications (obtained within one year). At least one year of Acute Care experience. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Able to multitask. Good computer skills.DESIRED: Minimum three years Acute Care experience.  One to three years emergency room or critical care experience. Experience with Meditech.

.6 Acute Care RN Supervisor NOC

PR3329 REQUIRED: Three to five years nursing experience in an Acute Care setting. Hold a current ACLS and within one year obtain their TNCC, PALS and Neonatal Resuscitation certification. Current State licensure. DESIRED: Past experience in a supervisory role and ability to delegate and coordinate staffing levels efficiently and effectively. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

 EMERGENCY ROOM PHYSICIAN

PR 3289  Mid-Valley Hospital is searching for a Physician to join the ER team. Mid-Valley Hospital is a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital with a Trauma level IV designation.  The ideal candidate will be Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Board Certified in Family Practice or Internal Medicine and have a certification in ATLS.  The ER sees about 8400 visits per year and provides care to the Okanogan Valley.  The population of Omak, WA is about 4500 and the nearby town of Okanogan has about 2500.  Okanogan County is a rural area and the hospital serves a area of about 15,000 people.
